Pick any song and get a custom light show for your Model S, 3, X or Y in a few seconds, free, right here in your browser. It runs on the car's own lights from a USB stick: nothing to install, nothing to plug into the car. Your song never leaves your phone.

3. Play it in your car

  1. Unzip LightShow.zip (on iPhone: tap it in Files). You get a folder called LightShow.
  2. Copy that folder to the top of a USB stick (exFAT or FAT32; not the stick with your TeslaCam folder).
  3. Plug the stick into the car, park, and open Toybox › Light Show. Pick your show and tap Start.

Works on Model S and X (2021 and later), Model 3 and Model Y with car software 2021.44.25 or newer. Lights only: the show never opens doors, windows, mirrors or the charge port. Only run it parked, where it's allowed, and not on a public road. The file format follows Tesla's own published light show guide. Boring Lights is not made by or connected with Tesla.
